Shipping to the USA: Important Update

From 29 August 2025, new U.S. import rules mean that all parcels, regardless of value, will need to go through customs.

I want to reassure all U.S. customers that linoprints are exempt from tariff charges (HS Code 9702.90), so there will be no extra costs or fees for you and a completely hassle-free experience. Royal Mail will charge me a very small handling fee, which I will cover upfront.

There may be minor delays while U.S. customs adjusts to the new rules, so thank you in advance for your patience.

If you order a print, please keep an eye on your email for updates, and check your junk/spam folder just in case.

Thank you so much for your support whilst I had to adapt to these changes. As most of my custom is from the States, it truly means a lot to have your continued support.


Other policies

Processing times for dispatch

All prints are usually dispatched between 2-3 working days after orders are placed. Unless otherwise specified, all UK orders are sent 2nd class signed delivery. All international orders are sent ‘tracked’ delivery. All orders are sent with Royal Mail tracking codes.

Refunds and cancellations

Please note that refunds are not provided. I do however, accept cancellations prior to prints being dispatched.

Damaged items

In the extremely rare event where an order arrives damaged, please do contact me directly as soon as possible, with photos of the damaged item(s), and I will work with you to find a solution. My prints are thoughtfully well packaged for delivery and so it is extremely rare that they are damaged in transit, however I do accept that there is a risk that this can happen on rare occasions.

Customer responsibility

It is emphasised in all shipping correspondence that it is the customer’s responsibility to keep an eye on the progress of their prints as they make their way to the shipping destination. YOUR ORDER CAN BE TRACKED HERE.

Refunds are not provided for any prints that are left at depots uncollected or where cards are not left by postal services for redeliveries to be organised. If your prints have not arrived at the expected time, please check the status of delivery on the Royal Mail track and trace website. Your prints will likely be at your local depot, so please check there and quote your reference number.

Refunds or replacements are not provided in any instance where incorrect shipping addresses have been given - it is the customers responsibility to make sure these are correctly given at the checkout. If you have accidentally given an incorrect shipping address, please contact me asap with an updated address, as once orders are shipped I cannot amend these details.

Please also note that if you are purchasing a print from outside of the UK, I am not responsible for any additional import taxes or duties incurred. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their country’s customs website or contact their local customs office to determine if any additional fees or charges may apply.

Should you choose to reject the item, I will gladly refund the cost of the prints if they are returned to me in perfect condition. However, as a small business, I am unable to refund the shipping costs, as clear information on customs responsibilities has been provided above.
